Baker County Medical Services, Inc. is located in Baker County in the city of Macclenny, Florida. We are a small rural medical complex serving the population of Baker County and surrounding areas.

We have a twenty-five bed acute care hospital with full ancillary services. We are proud to offer many state of the art services.

To provide for the seniors in our community, we offer a sixty-eight bed skilled nursing facility.

Our diagnostic center provides family medical care as well as a number of specialty physicians attending to the health of Baker County citizens.
