Frank Wells Nursing Home is dually certified to accept Medicare and Medicaid in addition to those who pay privately. Our 68-bed facility and caring staff are prepared to handle a wide variety of needs. W. Frank Wells is distinctly licensed by the State of Florida as a Skilled Nursing Facility, but we are located on the same campus as Ed Fraser Hospital, and operated by Baker County Medical Services, Inc.
