Today, the W. Frank Wells Nursing Home stands ready to continue our tradition of compassionate and loving care, but in a new, state-of-the-art facility that we occupied in May 2000. W. Frank Wells Nursing Home is dually certified to accept Medicare and Medicaid in addition to those who pay privately. Our 68-bed facility and caring staff are prepared to handle a wide variety of needs. Whether your need is for short-term respite care, comprehensive rehabilitation or long-term custodial care, we are here to meet your needs and hopefully exceed your expectations.
The W. Frank Wells Nursing Home is licensed by the state of Florida as a skilled nursing facility. We are located on the same campus as Ed Fraser Hospital and operated by Baker County Medical Services, Inc.
